“No matter how hard something may seem, if you put your mind to it you can get it done.”

During automotive I they have been working on a classic. They were upgrading the braking system and ignition system. The car is owned by  Jonathan Rodriguez, when asked what he planned to do after the car is done he replayed, ” Drive it!”

“I think that most mistakes made with vehicles are made by individuals using out of date or incorrect information. Technologies are changing constantly and people in the industry must do all they can do to keep up with the updates and corrections. Knowledge is the greatest achievement to attain and greatest gift to give if the knowledge makes one at times miserable, it is far better than being constant in ignorance”, said Bobby Price.

Price, has been teaching automotive for over 20 years, 10 of them being full time. His students enjoy shop time the most because they get to work on students and faculty vehicles. Price’s favorite car is a short wheelbase 4-wheel drive pickup truck, and his favorite part of class is observing local drama.

“If you give 100% effort, you can do what you put your mind to.”
