Bigger, faster, stronger (BFS) takes you to your limits. The coaches get boys and girls to give it their all on a daily basis.  People will take BFS for different reasons, such as: sports (it’s recommended), some people just like to exercise for fun, or to stay in shape. Or as Cory Gilbert says “To get his bounce up for Basketball.” In BFS you will run and do various weight lifting exercises, in an attempt to improve your times and maxes. One of the more competitive exercises is the bench press. Preston Buchanan is proud of his max bench, but says he would like improvement. He said, “I can bench press 300 pounds, but I would like to be able to do 320.”
