On Saturday, October 20th, our band was at Sprayberry High School in south Georgia for their final band competition. The story behind their performance is about a prince and princess. They are at each others necks about who has the right to be heir to the throne. The princess thinks she should get the crown because she is the oldest, but the prince gets it, instead. They have a tragic sword fight and the princess fails. The princess has a grand idea to kill her family with poison at a ball that they have, and she is successful. The band got amazing scores for their last competition of the year! They placed 4th overall out of 9. They placed 1st in marching, 2nd place in Drum Major, 3rd Percussion, 4th Guard, with all SUPERIOR ratings.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FRANKLIN HIGH SCHOOL BAND!
