The FHS Marching Panther Regiment returned from the Lake Lanier Marching Tournament this past Saturday competing against 28 bands from Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and North and South Carolina. The band has a phenomenal performance and won the following awards in the 2A school division:1st Place Music Performance 1st Place Visual Performance 1st Place Competitive Marching1st Place Drum Major 1st Place Colorguard 1st Place Percussionand the Sweepstakes Award  for superior ratings  in all 9 categories! The band also won the following OVERALL AWARDS (against all bands 1A-6A)GRAND CHAMPION DRUM MAJORS OF THE DAYGRAND CHAMPION COLORGUARD OF THE DAYGRAND CHAMPION PERCUSSION OF THE DAY!We also want to thank the VARSITY CHEERLEADERS for making the trip to Atlanta to support us in this competition!!  What a great showing of Panther Nation!!
