The penny wars has started again! The penny wars consist of every first period having a jar in their classroom. You want to try to get the most pennies in the jar. You also want to get the least amount of silver (quarters, nickels, dimes and 1 dollar bills) in your jar. The pennies are positive and the silver is negative. The more positive the better. If your class ends up with the most MONEY (not points) then you will receive a donut/breakfast party. The penny wars started on Tuesday October 22, 2019 and it will end Tuesday October 29, 2019.
All proceeds will go to Teenage orphans and foster teens in Macon County (and possibly Drake Cottage.) We will announce the winning class October 29th, but you can check HERE for the daily standings.
