Olivia Hedden is a great student that gets recognized for her character as a person and her volunteer work at the Therapeutic Riding Center for disabled kids. She loves to see their faces light up when they see the horses, and even more so when they are actually riding. She loves horses but if she could be any animal in the world it would be a giraffe, so she could be tall for once in her life. She is a member of FFA. She loves FFA because it cares about the environment.

Q: What do you find the most difficult decision to make?

A: What to name new animals.

Q: What are you passionate about?

A: I am passionate about horses and FFA. I love FFA because it cares about the environment.

Q: What are your hobbies? Tell me why you enjoy them.

A: I take care of goats. I also volunteer at Therapeutic Riding Center for disabled kids.

Q: Do you have any involvements other than school clubs? What are they? Why do you like them?

A: Yes, I do. I take care of horses. I love horses because each one has their own personality.

Q: What is your favorite school memory? Why is it special to you?

A: My favorite school memory is the first year I went to National Convention. Me and a few friends were running in the rain. We ran under a bridge, and there were homeless men and they were laughing at us.

Q: If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?

A: I would want to be a giraffe. I chose this animal because then I’d be tall.

Q: Describe the color yellow to somebody who is blind.

A: I couldn’t think of anything to really describe it except happiness. Yellow is a bright and happy color.
