At the Cheer Ltd. Varsity All-Star CANAM Grand Nationals competition in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on Friday, March 19th the Panthers took home first place overall in the Small Varsity – Non Tumble division. Earning a raw score of 80.3 compared to their first competition at Pre-State when they scored a 72. They’ve progressed their routine by a solid 8 points. Which in the cheerleading world, even a tenth of a point can be the difference between first and second place! There were many teams competing ranging from All-Star teams, Recreational teams, Grade School teams, JR Varsity, Varsity, and even College level teams. CANAM is one of the most well known cheer competitions and is known for being one of the biggest weekends for cheerleaders across the country.
